Process of certification starts from the Soil, the selectioin of seed, the pest management, soil testing, crop rotation, and putting nutrient back into the soil, being sustainable by being chemical free and basically using what the early immigrants created before we invented chemicals.

 Organic is not a new concept! It's been the way it has for years before it's just relearning how to love the land, respect it and maitain  the community.
