Summer Interns

This year we have two interns working with us.

Hannah Miller has one semester left before she graduates with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from the  the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She's plunging into urban agriculture and local foods this summer by working on the U of M's student organic farm and by assisting Mhonpaj's work. She lives next door to the Hampden Park Co-op in St. Anthony Park and blogs at landfoodlife.com

Mai Veng is our herbalist, helping research Hmong herbs as part of the NCR-SARE grant.

Recipes and more

What recipes do you use your CSA or Farmers Market vegetables in? What questions do you have about the farm? Send us your thoughts on the produce you get and our process and we will post them on our blog, Behind the Box. 

Volunteer Positions

Internship: Develop brochures and educational materials, with work on Hmong research on Hmong herbs. Work with graphic and online marketing material.
